We've got leaves on the brain today, and frankly, that's not such a terrible thing, particularly when the National Park Foundation and Olympus just announced the ten most photogenic parks for fall foliage this season. Feeling inspired? You can submit your favorite photos to the Share the Experience contest, put on by the Federal Recreation Lands, for the chance to win trips, camera gear, and other prizes. Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Ohio -- Peak colors expected the third and fourth weeks of October.
Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, Pennsylvania -- Peak colors are expected the weekend of October 17.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park, North Carolina and Tennessee -- Peak colors are expected during the last two weeks of October.
Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, Indiana -- Peak colors are expected this weekend and for the next ten days.
Mississippi National River and Recreation Area, Minnesota -- Leaves are already turning; the peak is expected in the next ten days.
Mount Rainier National Park, Washington -- Peak colors are expected this weekend and for the next ten days.
New River Gorge National River, West Virginia -- Peak colors are expected during the third week of October, starting around the weekend of the 17.
Saratoga National Historic Park, New York -- Peak colors are expected this weekend and for the next ten days.
Valley Forge National Historical Park, Pennsylvania -- Peak colors are expected during the last two weeks of October.

National Parks are a great place to visit. There we can experience the nature,the beauty that God has created for us to see. We can feel the perfect solitude there!

Valley Forge National Historical Park cool & nice place to spent time with our family
