  • Think you've stood at the Four Corners? Think again. According to the National Geodetic Survey, the famous landmark marking the corners of New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, and Colorado is about 2.5 miles west of where it's supposed to be.
  • National Geographic's Center for Sustainable Destinations just introduced the Geotourism MapGuide of Yellowstone, an online, interactive map of the greater Yellowstone area.
  • Shake, Rattle and... Sail? The third annual Elvis Cruise, which departs from Tampa on its way to Cozumel, is now taking reservations. Things to look forward to: impersonators and Elvis monopoly, as well as the requisite ice sculpture.
  • They've been saying for a while that state of flying has been going to the dogs, but now, it's actually happened. A pet-only airline, which will fly Fido in a carrier-lined cabin, is now offering tickets starting at $150 each way.
