Personalized Postcards

Hazel Mail.jpgToday the Internet provides countless way to document your travels abroad--from personal blogs, to Flickr, to Facebook, and as long as you have an internet connection, you can tell the rest of the world where you were that day, what you ate, and where you stayed, anywhere in the world. Call me old-fashioned, but there's still nothing like the good ol' snail mail postcard.

Company Hazel Mail is bringing back the postcard, albeit in a more 21st-century iteration. Hazel Mail allows travelers to upload a photo to its site and type a message. The company then prints out the postcard (with your personal photo) and mails it to the recipient. Pretty cool, huh? Sure, the postcard won't have any fancy foreign stamps, but it will be a one-of-a-kind postcard and, for $1.50 from the U.S. to anywhere in the world, could even be cheaper than postage rates in some countries!
