Make sure to update to CNG version 1.23 today if you haven't already. Version 1.22 contained an issue with Geobrowse causing users to receive the ''no results' message whenever they tried to add a location with the Geobrowse tool. This has been fixed but will require the online upgrade of the software to version 1.23.
Please note that this update does not activate the 'copy-to-hard drive' functionality; however, our next entry provides instructions for PC users who wish to copy their six discs to their local hard drive.
User1, we doubt it's an install issue if you're able to access other content. Some maps/content/images may be missing in error, so we will let the CNG Team know.
Installed this update (version 1.23)
However, when I tried to search and load a Double Map Supplement "Ancient Mesoamerica" from Dec 1997 issue, it does not load it.
Only the Dec 97 cover page is shown instead. Most other maps are loading. Is this an install issue?
Grady -- read this entry in our blog. It should answer your question about what CNG version you have and how to update your software to the most current version available.

Grady, we've asked The CNG team to provide us with a PDF versions of any operating and help documentation. Once we have them, we'll make it available here on The CNG Support Hub. It is not possible to print out the HELP topics from the DVD screens at this time.
How do I determine if I have CNG version 1.22 and, if so, how do I download 1.23?
Two questions:
1. How can I find/obtain detailed operating instructions for the DVD version of CNG?
2. How can I print out HELP topics? Each requires scrolling down and will not print fully.
