Many of you (and many of us) have reported that not having the ability to rotate landscape pages, photos, or maps reduces the enjoyment level of The Complete National Geographic: 120 Years. Our initial information indicated that this had to do with copyright issues; however, the development team informed us last week that, indeed, rotation functionality will be available in a forthcoming update.
We do not have a date for this yet, but will post it here when we have it.
In the meantime -- not that this is an optimal solution at all -- many users are taking screen shots (using various software products) of content they want to rotate, copy or print.
Can you give me any update to when the page rotation function will be available? I asked about this back in November of 2009 and this was the response "Due to user feedback, the ability to rotate pages has been added to the project roadmap and will be forthcoming in an update. They expect this may take until next year though they are hoping to move it up on the roadmap timeline." Where is this on the roadmap timeline now? Thanks, Jerry
Hi, Manuel. We can tell you that the rotation feature is on the roadmap, but we don't have a specific date yet.
I recevied the "...conmplete..etc".. for Christmas.
I find that there is no rotating capability.
I note that someone asked this in November.
Can you please apprise of the update to correct this problem?
