The Complete National Geographic is not a movie and will not play in a standard DVD player. It is a DVD-ROM product and will not work in a computer with a CD-ROM player. To insure that The Complete National Geographic will work on your machine make sure it has the DVD video symbol, seen below, displayed on it.
Dear sir/madam, I am in receipt of The Complete National Geographic 6-DVD set and find that although the set has installed onto my Windows XP system I am unable to play the bonus dvd because it is authorised for Region 1 and I am in Region 2. I am reluctant to change the setting of my Windows Media player and I wonder if it is possible to have a copy authorised for Region 2? I will of course return the current disc by return of post.
