Mushroom Madness

IMG_6264.JPGA fungi team led by scientists from the Mycological Association of Washington collected about 35 species in four hours, including this Laetiporus sulphureus, nicknamed "chicken of the woods." Why? When you cook it, it tastes like chicken.
