Leading up to the biggest night in cinema, the All Roads Film Project served as one of the host venues for films nominated in the category of Best Foreign Language Film. For five consecutive nights, National Geographic's Grosvenor Auditorium became a platform for this distinguished collection of international films.
The event proved to be a smashing success both critically, with the films, as well as at the box office, with each night a sold out affair. Each night was indeed an event as the evening would open with a gala reception attended by members of the Academy, special guests from the respective embassies, and the curious public.
Each night, the scene was as diverse as the five nominated films, BEAUFORT (Israel), THE COUNTERFEITERS (Austria), KATYN (Poland), MONGOL (Mongolia), 12 (Russia).
